The Personal Training program at Club Energize is designed to assist and encourage the successful fulfillment of your personal health and fitness goals. Each session is specifically designed and implemented by your trainer. They take into consideration your current heath status and provide you with information so that you can attain your goals both efficiently and safely.
An emphasis will be placed on total fitness and wellness in the areas of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Our qualified instructors listed below offer professional and in-depth personal training that is private or can take place in a small group atmosphere.
