Additional Membership Options

Couple membership consists of two people that live at the same residence and are immediate family only (mom and son, husband and wife, etc.).  Children between the ages of 14-20 may be considered on the couple membership.  Anyone less than 14 years of age or over 20 will not be allowed on the membership.

Family membership consists of three or more people living at the same residence and is immediate family (mom and son, husband and wife, etc.).  The children are between the ages of 14 and 20.  Anyone less than 14 years of age or over 20 will not be allowed on the membership.

Student membership consists of a young adult between the ages of 14-17 years of age.  This membership must be filled out and signed at the Club by the member’s parent or legal guardian.  Discounts are available for students.

Senior membership consists of one person 59 years of age and older.  Discounts are available for seniors.

Senior Couple membership consists of two people with at least one of the two 59 years of age or older.  Discounts are available for seniors.

Short Term Memberships are a convenient way to use the facility with minimum commitment.  You’ll pay a slightly higher usage fee, however you will not be asked to complete cancelation paperwork upon leaving Club Energize.

Club Energize’s vision is to have a workout environment geared toward adults.  Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the facility.  We are proud of the facility and work hard to keep the level of customer service strong; whether by keeping the facility clean, the equipment working properly, staying educated on the most effective workouts available, offering a wide variety of fitness classes, or just taking care of individual member needs.  We have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior or destruction of property.

Membership Changes

Upgrading/Downgrading – A Family member(s) to Your Account

Anytime during your membership, a family member(s) can be added to an account or downgraded off an account.  Minimal paperwork is required and can be done at the front desk.

Change Membership Information

If you need to change your phone number, address, bank account or credit card information, just come down to the club and fill out a change form.

Cancellation

As stated in your agreement, it needs to be a 30 day written notice to the Club.  At the time of cancellation your account will cancel one month from your next bill date.  Example: If you cancel on May 25th, your last bill date would be June 1st and your membership would be canceled the 1st of July.
