Group Exercise Classes
If exercising on your own is not your thing, try one of our group exercise classes. Choose from one of over 40 classes offered every week. Our certified instructors can motivate you through a variety of classes ranging from Yoga to Body Pump. All fitness classes are included in membership.

Juice Bar/Pro Shop
Take advantage of our convenient juice bar where you can
enjoy everything from an energizing pre-workout drink to a
delicious protein shake to aid in your muscle recovery. A
large variety of drinks, protein bars and supplements are
also available.
We offer a juice account for our members which allows you to
conveniently purchase items from the juice bar and pro shop.
Ask us how we can help you start a juice account so you can
start taking advantage of this service.
In the pro shop you can find accessories which will make
your workouts even more enjoyable. Clothing, racquetball
accessories, tanning products and heart
rate monitors are available.
Massage Therapy
Our on-site massage therapist, Vanessa Bender, can help fix
all your aches and pains or provide you a nice relaxation

Tanning
Club Energize is equipped with three twenty minute tanning beds and our hours are sure to be convenient for even the busiest tanner:
Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
Friday 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

complete line of tanning products to choose from. Our front
