Juice Bar / Pro Shop

Take advantage of our convenient juice bar where you can enjoy energizing pre-workout drinks to protein fruit smoothies to help muscle recover after your workout. A full range of drinks, protein bars and supplements are also available.

We offer a juice account for our members which allows you to conveniently purchase items from the juice bar and pro shop. Ask us how we can help you start a juice account so you can start taking advantage of this service.

In the pro shop you can find accessories which will make your workouts even more enjoyable. Clothing, racquetball accessories, tanning products and heart
rate monitors are available.

Massage Therapy

Orthopedic massage incorporates several modalities depending on the client's individual needs. We incorporate myofascial release, active isolated stretching, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, realigning scar tissue, acupressure, manual lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral therapy, mobilization manipulation and manual tractioning. We often refer our clients to personal trainers and medical professionals for strengthening certain muscle groups for balancing the body.
