Group Exercise Classes If exercising on your own is not your thing, try
one of our group exercise classes. Choose from one of over 40
classes offered every week. Our certified instructors can
motivate you through a variety of classes ranging from Yoga to
Body Pump. All fitness classes are included in membership.
Free Weights and Paramount Equipment We have a free weight room with a variety of equipment and plenty of weights. We also offer many pieces of Paramount Selectorized and 13 pieces of Keiser Pneumatic equipment along with a wide variety of specialty equipment to meet a wide variety of workout programs.
Racquetball / Climbing Wall We have three racquetball courts and hold challenge courts. Our racquetball courts may be reserved for use up to one day in advance. Looking for something challenging and off the wall? Try our indoor climbing wall. If you have never tried it or your scared of heights, don't worry, we have a qualified instructor to get you started, with instructional classes three days per week!
Cardio Room Take your pick from over 32 pieces of cardio equipment. We have bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, incline trainers, arc trainers, stair machines and rowing machines. Bring along your FM receiver as we have TV's you can tune into to help pass the time as those calories burn away.
Tanning Club Energize is equipped with three twenty minute tanning beds and our hours are sure to be convenient for even the busiest tanner:
