Our mission at Club Energize is to provide a fitness experience that        is educational, fulfilling and personal. Our philosophy is not to sell        you a membership then turn you loose. In order to help you get        comfortable with the club and to help you meet your health and        fitness goals, you will receive as part of your membership an        orientation, a personalized fitness program and an initial fitness        assessment.
