I like using strength training mixed with cardio for maximum
results. I specialize in working with new moms who are
starting back up after having baby. Also like to work with
people new to exercise. I give basic nutritional assistance
and create a challenging but fun workout for my clients.
I enjoy playing with my kids, camping, fishing/hunting and
running.

Training style: general fitness. I usually keep my clients moving through their
exercises at a pace that fatigues their muscles and also keeps their heart rate
elevated, combining cardiovascular and resistance training.
Strengths: I have 6 years experience and I also work for a physical therapy
clinic, so I have a background in joint issues and balance training.
Interest/Hobbies: I love to play golf and try and get out every day in the
summer. I have 2 boys; 17 and 14 which I really enjoy being with, so I only
train during the school year and school hours.

With hundreds of hours of training experience, if you are looking for someone
who can educate you in nutrition, as well as help you achieve great results and
is motivating and outgoing, I would love to work with you.
I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals through proper diet &
exercise. I work with levels from beginner and those with health conditions, to
those who are more advanced in their training. I love teaching and training my
clients to help them learn the skills that will enable them to reach their
goals, as well as overcoming physical problems resulting from muscular
imbalances.
I consider it my responsibility to continue my own education in the latest
training methods and any other way I can improve my skills for the benefit of my
clients.

I like to coach and educate my clients. I specialize in weight loss, endurance,
pre and post partum, and sport specific exercise.
My personal interests include teaching a variety of classes as well as being an
avid long-distance runner and weight lifter. I regularly participate in
Gillette's local road races and have competed in 8 half-marathons.
My most important time is spent with family and friends, especially my three
amazing daughters; Demi, Bella and Gabi and my husband Jeremy.
