Our Facilities
Free Weights and Paramount Equipment
We have a free weight room with a variety of equipment
and plenty of weights. We also offer many pieces of Paramount Selectorized and
13 pieces of Keiser Pneumatic equipment along with a wide variety of specialty
equipment to meet a wide variety of workout programs.
Racquetball
We have two racquetball courts and hold challenge courts. Our racquetball
courts may be reserved for use up to one day in advance.
Climbing Wall
Looking for something challenging and off the wall? Try our indoor climbing wall.
Cardio Room
Are you looking for a great way to burn those calories? Pick from our large variety of cardio equipment. We have state of the art bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, incline trainers, Arc trainers, stair machines and rowing machines. Bring along your FM receiver as we also have TV's you can tune into to help pass the time as those calories burn away.
UFC Room
If you are interested in a new twist on your training regimen, our new Ultimate Fitness Challenge (UFC) Room might be just what you are looking for. An explosive, high intensity circuit-style room designed to boost your cardio, strength, and speed simultaneously. Use the room however you like as an individual, attend a UFC Class, or attempt Club Energize's unique challenge that is specific to this room.

Club Energize is equipped with three twenty minute tanning beds and our hours are sure to be convenient for even the busiest tanner.
